The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH) is seeking a qualified, motivated, and dependable individual to fill a full-time position as a Human Resources Specialist II in our Central Administrative Office. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate must have prior HR experience, which will be used to manage the operations of the HR and Payroll staff on a daily basis.
This position requires an organized individual with the ability to regularly shift priorities to meet multiple deadlines. Additionally, it requires a self-starter and team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
