Viking Coca Cola in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Full Time Human Resources Specialist to drive recruiting, onboarding and employee care at an onsite location. You’ll recruit qualified candidates, conduct phone screenings and manage orientations while aligning HR processes with company policies.

You’ll coordinate onboarding, terminations, transfers, compliance exams and documentation such as Health Cards and Licenses, while supporting benefits enrollment and workers’ compensation matters.
