The Human Resources Specialist serves as the primary liaison for day-to-day HR operations, providing employees with expert guidance and seamless support on HR policies, procedures, and inquiries. Exceptional customer service, characterized by responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach, is fundamental to this role.
Education: High school or equivalent – required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field – preferred. Experience: 2+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, preferred.
Must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Must be able to build rapport with physicians, staff, leadership, employees, and external resources Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, trust, and integrity, and be able to maintain confidentiality Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to instruct and collaborate with others are required.
Physical requirements This position is classified as Sedentary Work in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, requiring the exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 33% of the time) and /or a negligible amount of force frequently (33%-66% of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Must be able to pass background check. We also conduct pre-employment physical and drug testing. Any job offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical with a drug screen, background check and obtaining active licensures per job requirements.
