Job summary

The Opportunity

You’ll manage employee lifecycle work for an assigned group of clients and support recruiting by conducting candidate interviews for a client’s hiring program. Your ability to work efficiently, ask clear questions, and follow through will help keep both HR service and hiring moving.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Create a smooth start: Use your HR experience to coordinate offer letters, background and drug screens, and new-hire paperwork so employees begin with the required steps completed.
• Keep HR service moving: Apply your organization and follow-through to benefits administration, employee questions, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding, keeping documentation accurate and requests moving toward completion.
• Move hiring forward: Use clear communication and sound judgment to conduct structured candidate interviews, assess fit against role requirements, and document useful findings so hiring decisions can move forward.
• Adapt quickly: Bring your comfort with technology to learning each client’s systems and procedures, switching between HR work and interviews without losing track of commitments.
• Protect quality: Apply your knowledge of labor laws and regulations and attention to detail to support audits and investigations, maintain complete records, and flag concerns to the team.
• Make processes work: Follow clear procedures, identify opportunities to reduce delays or rework, and collaborate with your Ethos teammates to deliver consistent client service.
