Jensen Infrastructure in Fontana, CA is seeking an HR Representative for our manufacturing plants. This role combines office and outdoor work, handling a range of human resource activities in a fast-paced environment and reporting to the HR Manager to support branch leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
The position will be based in Fontana for 2026 and relocate to Lancaster, CA in 2027 to support a newly opened facility.

Reporting to the HR Manager you’ll work with the branch leadership team to find, attract, develop, and support top-notch employees, who help build our products.
Location: This position will be based in Fontana CA for 2026. In 2027, the role will transition to Lancaster, CA to support operations at our newly opened manufacturing facility. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate or commute to Lancaster when the transition occurs.
