Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading organizational projects.
  • Project Management Professional certification.

  • Communicates project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks.
  • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Monitors task completion statuses, identifies at-risk project tasks, and develops mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on track.
  • Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to projects and adjusts allocations as needed.
  • Leads functional change management initiatives and partners on the development of training strategies and materials.
  • Identifies opportunities for growth and process optimization.

Position Summary

Manages projects from planning through delivery, including ensuring consistent project management methodologies and best practices across projects. Liaises with project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to communicate and document project deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans.
