Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Western, NC.
As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.
This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia.
You’ll earn a competitive salary depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
