Overview

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Western, NC.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Partner (HRP) your focus will be on the day-to-day employee relations activities as well as managing the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees to answer questions, provide coaching and ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support the overall organizational strategies and goals as well as supporting the design and execution of HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.

This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the HRBP you must have in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance, have a passion for collaboration across departments, be able to track, monitor and follow-up with on-going performance issues working towards resolution. We also require:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.

  • Valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for work-related travel
