Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team in the PST region. You will intake and triage employee requests in Jira, execute tier 1 People Operations tasks, support onboarding, benefits, recruitment, and employee experience, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to roll out new processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations/HR Generalist/HR Coordinator experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, shared service environment with a ticketing system.
• Experience in a high-volume Talent Ops environment—scheduling large volume of interviews globally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees and stakeholders.
• Experience working remotely on a Global Team, supporting a global operation.
• Demonstrated ability to critically think and problem solve through ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Intake and triaging of employee requests in Jira.
• Executing on defined, tier 1 People Operations processes and tasks, including new hire onboarding, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, etc.
• Sometimes working on undefined, tier 2 processes and escalations that require troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Support Interview Coordination using scheduling tool, Guide.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to absorb and deliver new processes and HR services.
• Partner with People Operations Process Specialists to report process breaks, suggest process updates, build efficiencies and create automations.
• Participate in department and cross functional projects.
• Provide critical coverage during company wide Recharge days to 'keep the lights on', when all FTEs are offline 2026: December 24, 28, 29, 30, 31. 2027: February 12, July 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
• Provide daily coverage from 9-5pm PT (will applicable/required lunch). 40 hours a week.
• Process employee changes in HRIS (Workday) Examples include: Hiring Manager changes, Title Changes, Compensation Changes, submit one time payments, etc.

• Must reside in PST Time Zone (CA, WA, OR, UT, NE). We are not considering candidates who reside outside of PST time zone, even if willing to work PT hours.
• Must have experience processing changes within Workday(WD), not just referencing or pulling data.
