You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and managers at our Waynesboro facility. You will perform a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of improving employee engagement, efficiency and ensuring employee compliance with company policies.
Under minimal to no supervision provide Human Resources support to the Waynesboro facility.
Work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change, as well as guide varying levels of the organization through change.
Leverage the full capabilities of the Human Resources (HR) organization, e.g. centers of expertise (COE's), shared service centers, business HR and compliance.
Apply and interpret Human Resources policies and practices in an objective manner.
$100,000-140,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
