Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated Human Resources intern for a 12-week summer program. You will work on talent development, organizational design, and process improvements, applying HR concepts to real business challenges.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile — both during and after the internship — as we have roles across the United States.
• Available to work a 12-week internship in the summer of 2026
• In good academic standing

Starting Pay Range: $29-$50 /hr

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
