Job summary

• Build positive relationships across all levels; act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, providing coaching and direction in HR‑related matters.
• Participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives at the local and global level.
• Keep abreast of employment law changes and trends that impact the business.
• Lead continued U.S. Apprenticeship program development and expansion across multiple businesses and sites, ensuring program compliance.
• Manage all career ladders (EM, PM, and Technical) and execute career ladder roadmap.
• Operationalize succession plans and implement talent activities such as stay interviews, talent reviews, and calibrations.

Salary and Benefits

Pay Range: $101,500.00 – $162,100.00. Actual base salary offered varies based on factors including skill, experience, education, peer salary, performance, and geographic location.

Eligibility

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce (EAR).
