Cota Coaching and Consulting in Sioux Falls is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management and leadership development across 18 store locations. This is a hands-on role with regular travel to stores, including overnight trips.
You will partner with store managers and executives to strengthen the employee experience, develop HR policies, monitor metrics, ensure compliance, and coach leaders to grow talent.
Location: Sioux Falls
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This position is based in the corporate office with regular travel to all 18 store locations, including occasional overnight travel.
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)

The Human Resources Manager serves as the organization's primary HR leader, partnering with store managers and executive leadership to support all aspects of Human Resources across our locations. This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and leadership development while helping strengthen the employee experience throughout the organization.
