Function Overview:
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of People Experience and part of a U.S. HR team of 35 individuals, the Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for partnering with the Senior Director of People Experience on the leadership, execution, administration and evaluation of the human resource function for the Los Angeles office. This hands-on role requires the ability to build and leverage relationships, while effectively balancing ongoing, short term tactical work with longer term strategic needs and challenges. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for working closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams in implementing and collaborating on a wide variety of human resources initiatives supporting the business including employee relations, policies and practices and other HR duties while working in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Manager needs to be proactive in assessing and solving problems, engaging with the Senior Director and related parties in providing credible counsel and options regarding the people implications of business decisions and plans. Subject matter expertise in HR best practice is essential.
