Job summary

Hyatt seeks a capable HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards at our hotel.

You will implement Hyatt Corporate HR strategies at the hotel level, ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning, and partner with hotel leadership to build leadership capability and a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
