Job summary

Daikin Applied in Faribault, MN is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in an in-office role. You will manage hires, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

The role requires 6–8 years in HR management, 4+ years of people leadership, and a PHR certification is preferred. We offer robust benefits and a competitive salary with a 10% bonus plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Administers HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
• Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
• Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations.
• Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Your Qualifications

• BachelorsDegree In Human Resources orrelated
• 6-8 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role
• 4+ years of people leadership
• Professional in Human Resources (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 + 10% Bonus Incentive Plan in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
