Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Faribault, MN. This in-office role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices and support growth within a world-leading HVAC company.

You will oversee HR transactions, lead orientation, and train managers in interviewing, performance reviews, safety, and investigations, while ensuring compliance and equity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6-8 years of HR management experience.
• 4+ years of people leadership.
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Administers HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
• Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000to $148,000inMN. The range displayedrepresentsthe pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
