This role supports job applications, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation while learning recruiting processes and company culture.

Interns are mentored and paid on a competitive hourly basis. You’ll balance class schedules with part-time work, gain hands-on experience, and may be eligible for future full-time

Job description

As an HR Recruiting Intern, in our Human Resources Division, you'll be part of the team recruiting and hiring new employees who will build cutting edge products that are critical for the safe, reliable operation of power systems around the world.

• Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
• Scheduling and keeping detailed hiring documentation

This position is based in our Pullman, WA headquarters. Pay Range Data

( $18.00 - $23.00 per hour )* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
