The Gill Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist for a temporary assignment expected to last up to six months, based on business needs. The HR Generalist serves as the administrator for several HR core functions such as employee/labor relations, workers compensation, leaves, attendance tracking, employee records, interviewing and recruiting. Provides administrative support to the human resource department as needed. Including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Facilitates and communicates organizational policies.
