Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Lewisville is seeking a collaborative HR Generalist to support benefits, payroll, and employee relations for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center.

You will be a culture champion who guides team members and leaders through changes while delivering accurate HR services. The role requires 3+ years in HR in a fast-paced environment, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and Jira for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Employee relations expertise with coaching and investigations.
• Experience in distribution center environments.
• Proficient Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to employee relations inquiries requiring deep subject matter knowledge.
• Serve as primary HR contact for benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner.
• Lead culture events, wellness programs and HR reports.
• Lead change management initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate on HR projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities as needed.

The Job at a Glance

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be helping Encompass team members with all benefits, employee relations and payroll questions serving as a primarily point of contact for our Lewisville Fulfillment Center. You are a culture champion and will lead and personify our culture.

Interacting with all levels of team members, this unique and fast-paced role will provide a challenging opportunity for the right person who strives to increase their expertise and knowledge base of Human Resources. A Typical Day

• Provide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries that require deep subject matter knowledge (employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and leadership coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)
• Serve as a primary contact, for team members on all HR related questions (all benefits, payroll, and employee relations)
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner
• Lead a variety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)
• Lead and facilitate through change management process
• Utilize HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activities
• Provide recruiting support for the Encompass team as needed including sourcing, interviewing, hiring events and onboarding talent
• Assist Human Resources Team with special projects and initiatives
