HR Solutions is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage core HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance. The role requires knowledge of employment law and a commitment to diversity.

Diploma or degree in Human Resources management required or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage HR core processes such as talent management,
succession planning, and employee relations.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all
times.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills.
Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to staff privacy.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively with
Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
e-mail required.
Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
