Job summary

CompleteRx is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leaders across our multi-state organization in a hybrid role. You will lead benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor.

We seek a people-focused HR professional with strong knowledge of employment laws and benefits administration, plus 3–5 years in HR Generalist roles, ideally in healthcare and multi-site environments. PHR/SHRM-CP certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 7+ years HR experience in lieu of degree.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required.
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in healthcare/multi-site/multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
