ViewSonic is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment and core employee relations from our Southern California offices (Brea & Chino). The role balances hiring administration with policy guidance, serving as a primary HR contact while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, strong HRIS/ATS/MS Office skills, and comfort with AI-enabled tools. Hybrid office presence and events support are part of the role.

This role balances standard full-cycle recruitment responsibilities with employee relations ownership, serving as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, policy guidance and enforcement, and workplace culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, objective judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel matters.
