Join the Colorado School of Public Health as the Human Resources & Faculty Affairs Senior Professional. This position is a key member of the school's Central Administration and provides specialized operational support across the faculty employment lifecycle. The position independently manages faculty recruitment and appointment processes and provides faculty-specific human resources administration for departments, centers, faculty, and school leadership. Responsibilities include advising hiring units on faculty recruitment and appointments; coordinating searches and onboarding; managing faculty employment transactions and position changes; maintaining faculty records and systems; and supporting key Faculty Affairs processes. The position interprets and applies university policies and procedures, works collaboratively with campus and school partners, and provides consistent, timely guidance to faculty and academic units.
Hybrid - this role is eligible for a 3-day-per-week on-campus schedule, with in-person meetings as needed.
