Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our Lincoln, NE store team. You will support recruitment, training, and HR processes to drive guest- and team-centric results. The role involves scheduling, compliance, safety, and everyday problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

This hourly position emphasizes an welcoming attitude toward guests and colleagues, flexibility to work varying shifts, and practical HR knowledge to maintain smooth operations and great team morale.
