Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking an HR Director to join our administrative team and drive payroll, onboarding, and recruitment efforts. You will manage timekeeping, benefits processing, and employee relations to support high-quality patient care.

We value a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills who can foster a positive work environment and help grow our staff as we expand services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR/Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensure onboarding documents and orientation for new employees.
• Manage time clock and payroll processing through the facility system.
• Assist with hiring and recruiting; perform reference checks and arrange interviews.
• Prepare and communicate benefit information during employee terminations.

HR Director/ Payroll Duties Include:

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
• Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.
