This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on People leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to build something meaningful. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of People & Talent will lead the people function end-to-end for a rapidly scaling organization operating at the intersection of critical infrastructure and emerging technologies. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape culture, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and people operations while directly influencing the company's next stage of growth.

The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with execution, personally driving key HR initiatives while designing the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed to support a growing workforce. This role is best suited for a builder who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, partnering closely with executives, and creating a people function that can scale alongside the business.

Top Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to support rapid organizational growth.
• Own people operations, including HR systems, benefits, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and payroll coordination.
• Build and enhance performance management, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and leadership development programs.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, compensation, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Establish scalable HR infrastructure, policies, and processes that support growth while maintaining a high-performing employee experience.
