Nord Anglia International School New York is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and hands-on operations within a close-knit school community in New York. The role is approx. 20 hours per week, reporting to the Principal and collaborating with the US Shared Services team.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement, while aligning with school leadership to foster a positive people culture.

Our New York school is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Director to serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership and a champion for our people and culture. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week (around 4 hours per day) and is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on in a close-knit environment.

Reporting directly to the Principal, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Director is a key member of the School Senior Leadership Team. The role is also supported by Nord Anglia Education's experienced US Shared Services Team, providing expertise and assistance in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
