Job summary

Noo-Kayet Investments (NKI), the economic development arm of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to guide HR operations across our diversified portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance management while shaping workplace culture.

You will develop strategies to strengthen culture and engagement, coach a high-performing HR team, and advance Tribal Member employment and professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR management experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
  • A graduate degree, THRP certification, and experience working with Tribal communities or enterprises are preferred.

Noo-Kayet Investments (NKI), the economic development arm of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll guide HR operations across a diverse and growing portfolio that includes The Point Casino & Hotel, food distribution, retail, fuel operations, cannabis, and commercial real estate.
