Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator / Office Manager plays a critical dual role in supporting both Human Resources functions and day-to-day office operations. This position provides essential administrative support to the HR team by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and recruiting coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR documentation. Simultaneously, this role manages office operations for the Longmont facility, creating a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical administrative support to the Human Resources team by maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparation of new hire materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with internal partners.
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including managing interview logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and support key HR initiatives in collaboration with HR and Operations partners.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and integrity.
  • Coordinate all aspects of interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar management, and interviewer preparation.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Manage travel logistics and assist with booking travel for onsite interviews.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Longmont facilities, ensuring a smooth and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate applicable parties to facilitate facilities needs, building access, vendors, visitors, and internal onsite events.
  • Oversee office logistics including supplies, space coordination, and overall workplace organization.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
