We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on HRIS to join our team. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in maintaining and optimizing our human resources information systems (HRIS), particularly ADP. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with ADP HR systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary contact for ADP Workforce Now and related platforms.
• Maintain and update employee data in ADP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting within ADP.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including standard and ad hoc reports.
• Facilitate payroll, benefits, onboarding, and timekeeping processes using ADP.
• Conduct regular HR data audits and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training and support to employees and managers on HRIS functions.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and finance teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Support general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel records and compliance efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR or HRIS coordinator, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, especially Workforce Now.
• Strong skills in data management and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
