Position Details
  • Location: 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
  • On-site position
Responsibilities
  1. Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer questions, and assist with onboarding documents.
  2. Conduct pre-employment assessments and maintain candidate records.
  3. Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
  4. Manage HR email inquiries and follow-ups.
  5. Provide administrative support and assist with projects and recruiting summaries.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR or relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
