Job summary

Broadridge in Kentucky is seeking an HR Coordinator to partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management Partners. You will drive onboarding, analytics, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring accurate HR data and policy adherence.

In this hybrid role, you will split time between the Long Island office and remote work 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel to NYC. You’ll support multiple programs including internships and rotational leadership programs, reporting to the HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes and HRIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and interpret turnover metrics and enhance the exit interview process with actionable insights.
• Support the employee engagement survey process and help identify culture-strengthening strategies.
• Assist HR Business Partners in talent management, compensation, performance improvement, and succession planning.
• Coordinate onboarding for early career associates and manage internship and rotational programs logistics.
• Organize end-to-end delivery of program activities, calendars, and event logistics for a seamless participant experience.
• Manage HR analytics and reporting with accuracy and audit compliance.
• Track program feedback and compile insights for reporting and improvement.
• Respond to routine employee questions and provide policy guidance across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes with innovative solutions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, due diligence, onboarding, and integration.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR Coordinator to join our team and partner closely with our team of HR Business Partners and Talent Management Partners. In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture through owning critical HR metrics, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that positively impact our associates. This role is hybrid, meaning you will be assigned to our Long Island office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week. Some travel to our New York City office will be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Act: Own and interpret turnover metrics, enhance the exit interview process, support ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide actionable insights that guide leadership decisions.
• Drive Engagement: Support the administrative end of the employee engagement survey process and help identify strategies that strengthen our workplace culture.
• Partner for Success: Support HR Business Partners in talent management, career development, compensation, performance improvement, succession planning, corporate/business initiatives and preparation for monthly leadership updates and/or all hand meetings.
• Enable Successful Onboarding: Coordinate early career associate onboarding, orientation logistics, and stakeholder communications for our Summer Internship Program and our full-time rotational Emerging Leaders Program
• Support Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of early career program activities, maintaining corresponding calendars and documentation, and ensuring meeting space, technology, branded materials, catering, and other event logistics are in place to deliver a seamless participant experience
• Leverage Data: Manage HR analytics and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, insights, and compliance with audit controls.
• Track & Improve: Administer early career program feedback tools, track key metrics, and compile insights to support reporting and continuous improvement
• Be the Go-To Resource: Respond to routine employee questions, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure consistent application across the organization; serve as a point of contact for early career program participants, providing day-to-day support and connecting them to appropriate resources.
• Champion Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance HR processes, recommending innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support Organizational Growth: Contribute to HR’s role in mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and integration.
• Lead with Initiative: Take ownership of projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $34.00 USD (hourly wage)
