Provide comprehensive HR support by independently managing the full employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HRIS records, and ensuring seamless HR operations. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support performance review and annual benefits open enrollment processes, manage the internal HR ticketing system, and prepare weekly productivity reports for HR leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional employee service while dealing with highly confidential information, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position is on-site in Danvers, Ma, 4 to 5 days per week from 8:30 am – 5 pm.
