Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with Engineering, Product Management, and IT leaders. You will shape talent and organization decisions, coach leaders, and navigate complex employee matters, using data to drive recommendations.

Role is hybrid, three on-site days per week (Tue–Thu) at Rosemont/GSC and Schaumburg center, with occasional Monday presence. Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related field and senior HRBP experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years HR Business Partner experience, advising leaders on talent, org, performance.
• Proven ability to cooperate with senior leaders and complex client groups.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Experience with talent planning, succession, org design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Cross-functional project leadership and change initiatives.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $93,000 - $135,900 annually.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
