Job summary

Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with operations leaders and reinforce a strong safety culture across manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role supports investigations, corrective actions, and return-to-work processes while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and applicable labor regulations.

• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and return-to-work processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and other labor regulations.
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and safety training initiatives.
• Support drug testing, post-incident protocols, and safety training compliance.
