The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an advanced professional who serves as a trusted partner to leaders and managers within an assigned client group. The role independently supports the delivery of people strategies and day-to-day HR needs across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, Compensation, People Experience, HR Operations, and other HR Centers of Excellence, this role supports organizational effectiveness through talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation programs, workforce planning, and organizational change.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, collaborative HR professional who can independently support an assigned client organization, advise managers and business leaders across multiple HR disciplines, navigate a matrixed environment, and translate HR programs and practices into practical solutions for leaders and employees.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,614 to $150,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus plan, which is based on company performance and is not guaranteed, and a comprehensive benefits package
