Kleinfelder is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their East Division in Cockeysville, MD. This hybrid position involves collaborating with Division Leadership and supporting employee relations across the organization.
The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree with PHR/SHRM-CP certification. The role also offers an excellent benefits package and a salary range of $82,360-$151,919 based on qualifications.
We have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us in our East Division. This is a hybrid position based in our Hunt Valley, MD office 2-3 days per week and reports up through to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Must have a valid driver's license, this position may involve up to twenty-percent (20%) travel.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated area(s) i.e.: human resources, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability and/or Workers Compensation required.
BS and PHR/SHRM-CP certification is required.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $82,360-$151,919.
