Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness Lead (P4)
Join PAHO in shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce across the Americas. This role leads the Organization’s talent development, learning, performance, engagement, and recognition agenda, helping to strengthen organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and excellence.
Essential: A bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in human resources development, organization psychology, education, business or public administration or a related field from a recognized university.
Essential: Nine years combined national and international professional experience in a senior HR leadership role with proven experience in HR strategy development and execution regarding career and capabilities development, performance management, engagement, organizational culture, and corporate learning programs. Desirable: Experience developing or leading organizational transitions into skills-based talent management.
Fluency in English or Spanish with a working knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be an asset.
Proficiency in enterprise HR platforms, such as Workday, Oracle, Sap. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), Power BI, Tableau, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word. Proficiency in Workday and AI tools, including CoPilot, is an asset.
One year. Post of limited duration. First year probationary period.
