Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee regional local programs and provide expert HR support across the U.S. You will manage data integrity, reporting, and partnerships with Global HRBPs to align HR strategy with business goals.

The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and emphasizes leadership, compliance, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute annual HR programs locally.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance.
  • Generate reports and perform basic HR data analyses.
  • Support HRBPs with org charts and workforce changes.
  • Prepare reports and trend analyses for leadership.

What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Support the planning, coordinating, and executing annual HR programs and initiatives at a local level as directed by senior HR leaders.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks, including processing employee lifecycle changes such as hires, transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Assist in delivering timely and responsive HR Support to local employees, managers, and senior-level HR partners by answering basic HR questions and routing more complex issues appropriately.
  • Maintain and provide accurate employee data and records within HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Generate and compile reports, analyze basic HR data, and support the preparation of materials for HR and business leaders.
  • Act as a HR Information systems expert and stay informed on updated HR processes and tools to effectively support HR Business Partners.
  • Partner with designated HR team member to support organizational updates, including maintain org charts and tracking workforce changes.
  • Support the US HR Management Team and designated HRBPs by preparing reports, analyzing data, producing trend analysis, and managing organizational charts to ensure all business changes are current.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $59,900 to $94,500 USD.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
