Job Overview: As a Human Resource Specialist you will serve as a cornerstone of the Army's administrative department, supporting onboarding, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in training fellow Soldiers to advance their Army careers.

  • Support the onboarding process for new Soldiers.
  • Assist with employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Create and manage personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Army regulations.
  • Prepare and oversee official documentation (ID cards, tags, etc.).
  • Coordinate and conduct training on data applications and analysis tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Age 17–40 (inclusive).
  • Must undergo background check and medical screening.
  • Pass the ASVAB with a minimum score of 90 in General Technical (GT) and 90 in Clerical (CL).
  • Must meet Army tattoo guidelines and have no major law violations or significant medical concerns.

Training: 19‑week paid training program that covers business administration, performance management, employee relations, computer operations, HR software, personnel file management, and reporting. Upon completion, Soldiers may receive additional full‑funded training for advanced certifications.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Instructional Design (RADD) – Maximus, Providence

Description & Requirements: Maximus seeks a TA professional to develop e‑learning and blended learning content, support UAT, and deliver high‑quality training materials within tight deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop e‑learning and blended learning content and ensure future accessibility.
  • Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, ease of navigation, and evolving UX best practices.
