About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring in partnership with department managers
  • Lead new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Track and enforce compliance with mandatory training (safety, anti-harassment, licensure, certifications)
  • Administer core HR programs: benefits, leave, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and supervisor HR inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment law and HR best practices
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year of HR management experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP certification a plus
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn HRIS/talent management systems
  • Clean driving record; ability to travel up to 25% between office locations
