Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Location: HOUSTON, TX 77007, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Human Resources Clerk

Human Resource Clerk Job Duties

• Frequent phone interaction with field employees and managers
• Help with new-hire procedures, including employee onboarding, I9s and creating new employee files
• Review and correct all new hire paperwork received from field
• Ensure managers stay on top of timecard responsibilities
• Create and distribute HR reports as needed
• Help managers with scheduling needs
• Heavy printing and filing duties
• Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
• Partner with HR/Payroll Representative to address market needs as they arise
• Assist HR team with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
