Veeco Horsham seeks an HR Business Partner to join a hands-on team supporting manufacturing and engineering. You’ll lead in-office HR initiatives, employee relations, and policy implementation to drive people solutions on-site five days a week.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner; ERP experience (Oracle/SAP/Workday) preferred. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities are offered.

Veeco’s Horsham site is where wet processing technologies drive industry leadership and growth. As one of two HR Business Partners onsite, you’ll collaborate to deliver high-impact HR solutions, working side-by-side with manufacturing, engineering, and more.

Veeco’s Horsham location has employees on-site daily. Our ideal candidate is a leader who wants to be there with their team, values the impact and effectiveness of in-person collaboration, and takes ownership of their site. To meet business needs, this position requires an in-office presence five days per week, with a work schedule of 10:30am-7pm, 11am-7:30pm, or 11:30am-8pm three days/week.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of direct HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required. An equivalent combination of training experience may be considered.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
