Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Cleveland, OH is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the team. You will provide HR guidance to employees and leaders, support performance management, and lead full-cycle recruiting for direct labor roles to ensure strong staffing for daily operations.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing HR, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. On-site work with opportunities to influence HR processes and a pathway to develop business partnerships across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ broad, hands-on human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree is required.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients and work effectively with different cultures.
• Manage multiple priorities and dynamic deadlines, flexible and positive in a fast-paced business environment, efficient time management and communication.
• Continuous improvement mentality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, proven influencing experience with managers.
• Ability to analyze data, form plans and execute at the tactical level.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management to advice and counsel on personnel issues.
• Provides facility supervision on employee relations matters including investigations, resolving conflict, and communications in regards to employee questions, issues, or concerns.
• Assist in recruiting for non-exempt roles to bring in the best talent available.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc. Stays current on recent federal, state and case law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect HR.
• Respond to general employee inquiries and issues and support the operation with day‑to‑day HR needs as they arise.
• Partner with associates and managers to administer various policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Prepares and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data. Maintains HRIS integrity.
• Partner with managers to actively improve associate engagement, including maintaining and coordinating various recognition programs and employee events.
• Partner with managers to establish and provide training and development opportunities.
• Workers Comp liaison for employee, management, and TPA to ensure effective claim management.
• Responsible for internal company communication, including bulletin boards, company newsletter, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

The Linear Motion Division, part of Regal Rexnord's Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment is a major contributor to the segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 10 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, HR expertise, and employee‑relations skills to support both employees and leaders. This role provides a wide range of HR guidance and hands‑on support, contributing directly to a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist II plays a key role in the plant’s success by advising on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while fostering strong partnerships between employees and management. This role also leads full‑cycle recruiting for direct labor roles, ensuring the plant is staffed with reliable, high‑quality talent to meet daily operational demands.

Expected salary

Expected salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
