Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
Basic proficiency with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
Competence may be demonstrated through prior work in sport science, military human performance, healthcare, research, or a publication record.
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

Enter, clean, and prepare HP data collected through program initiatives to ensure accuracy and usability.
Collaborate with program staff and the government biostatistician to build and maintain databases and spreadsheets that capture performance metrics, wellness indicators, and program participation data.
Engage with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, psychologists, and cognitive enhancement specialists to identify opportunities for meaningful data collection.
Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations that convey trends, participation metrics, and readiness insights for program leadership.
Access and use government systems to manage and analyze human performance data as part of the contract requirements.

Salary

Estimated annual salary range: $72,877 to $98,599. Final compensation is determined by experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and may fall outside this range.
