SAIC is seeking a motivated, analytical entry-level Human Performance and Program Support Analyst to support Army training, soldier readiness, human performance, and program operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; four years of related experience may be substituted for education.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of information.
  • Ability to create professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to learn new data-analysis tools and technologies.
  • Travel up to 40% is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, clean, and maintain program and human-performance data.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based databases, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Analyze training, personnel, performance, and program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing data-driven recommendations for leadership.
  • Create charts, graphs, PowerPoint briefings, and other visual products to communicate data effectively.
  • Track training completion, participation, resources, travel, costs, and other program requirements.
  • Assist with developing training and workforce-development models using available data.
  • Maintain SharePoint and other program information-management systems.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to understand data requirements and translate operational needs into useful analysis.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to program leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the mission.

Job description

SAIC is seeking a motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Human Performance and Program Support Analys t to support Army training, soldier readiness, human performance, and program operations.

This position will sit in Rock Island, IL.

This entry-level position is designed for a recent college graduate with a background in multidisciplinary health science, exercise science, human performance, data analytics, or related field. The individual will combine knowledge of health and human performance with data collection, analysis, visualization, reporting, and program support. The successful candidate will work with program personnel, trainers, and military stakeholders to turn information and data into useful products that support training decisions, soldier readiness, resource planning, and long-term program development.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Education:
