Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Human Milk/Formula Specialist for Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. You will support patient menu management and assist with formulas, ensuring diets meet orders and patient needs.

The role requires hospital experience and flexibility for evenings/weekends; full-time and part-time options are available with comprehensive benefits.

• We have several openings for part-timeHUMAN MILK/FORMULA SPECIALISTpositions.
• Location:Cleveland Clinic- 9500 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44195. Note: online applications acceptedonly.
• Schedule: Shifts will vary. Includes some evening/weekend/holiday shifts. More details upon interview. 2 shifts a week (Mon and Fri and Sat and Sun) 8-hour shifts and must be available every other weekend.
• Requirement: Required Hospital experience preferred. Adult and pediatric formulas.
• Upon completion of technician courses, rate will increase to $22 an hour
• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$22.00per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Distributes and collect menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diet, as assigned by dietitian.
• Offers alternatives to menu as allowed on prescribed diet in accordance with food allergies or sensitivities, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences when patient inquires or needs additional selections.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual
• Performs other duties as assigned.
