Responsibilities include assisting clinical researchers, supporting studies across the product life cycle, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or life sciences, engineering, social sciences, medical sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proficient English writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• General understanding of research methodology and practices.
• Competent general computer skills in Windows, MS Office, email, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and retention of clinical researchers; act as liaison conveying information and answering clinicians' questions and establishing positive working relationships.
• Assist in the reimbursement of participating clinicians.
• Support human factors research activities throughout the product life cycle, including planning, coordination, and execution of studies.
• Aid in collection, organization, and analysis of study data to identify user needs and customer insights for product development.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of risk management files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
