Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Usability/HFE, Biomedical or related field.
• Experience with Human Factors/Usability in medical devices and knowledge of IEC/AAMI/FDA guidance preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports human factors activities for new product development and sustaining projects.
• Advises on HF impact assessments for design changes.
• Conducts user-centered research including interviews and context inquiries to develop user profiles and requirements.
• Executes usability testing and analyzes data to inform design decisions.
• Ensures HF processes comply with IEC 62366, AAMI HE75, and FDA guidance.
