That includes:
We’re much more interested in what you’ve actually built than how many badges appear on your LinkedIn profile.
You should have meaningful hands-on experience inside HubSpot and be comfortable explaining real implementations or systems you’ve worked on.
Strong candidates will have experience with:
Relevant HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
If you’re missing some, we’ll provide paid time and support to complete certifications relevant to your role.
You don’t need to check every box, but we’d be especially interested in candidates with experience in:
Most importantly, you should be someone who can sit across from a client, ask good questions, understand how their business actually operates, and then help build a system that makes it work better.
We strongly prefer candidates who live in Indianapolis or the surrounding area.
We work with clients in multiple markets, but many of our clients value having a local partner.
We also lead Indy HUG, the Indianapolis HubSpot User Group, and we want this person to be an active part of the local HubSpot community as our practice grows.
That means attending events, meeting other HubSpot users and professionals, helping us share what we’re learning, and becoming part of the HubSpot ecosystem here in Indianapolis.
This is primarily an in-office position, with flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
We actually like coming to work.
Our office is located in The Pyramids on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
It’s bright, has a lot of windows, overlooks the city, includes our own video production studio, and has plenty of space to work without feeling like you’re sitting in a cubicle farm.
We also have a pretty solid record collection that continues to grow.
Music gets played.
Lunch gets ordered with reasonable frequency.
People talk to each other.
We’re serious about doing excellent work without trying to make the workplace feel overly corporate.
We’re intentionally building a small, high-skill HubSpot and Revenue Operations practice.
We don’t aspire to become an implementation factory where consultants are separated from strategy and success is measured by how many tickets get closed.
We want a team of people who are exceptionally good at what they do, genuinely curious about how businesses work, and willing to take ownership of difficult problems.
Our HubSpot PDM would describe us as “high skill, high will.”
That’s a pretty accurate description of what we’re building.
You’ll work alongside people who genuinely enjoy HubSpot, challenge assumptions, dig into difficult CRM problems, and care about whether the system we’re building actually makes the client’s business better.
Because we’re still a relatively small team, your work will matter.
You won’t disappear into a production department.
You’ll participate in discovery, understand the problem, help design the solution, build it, test it, train the client, and see what happens after launch.
As the practice grows, there is significant opportunity to grow with it, including taking ownership of larger implementations, developing deeper technical expertise, helping establish our implementation standards, and potentially helping lead the practice in the future.
Our benefits include:
